About Crystal Flaman:

Crystal Flaman is a 14-time Ironman finisher, a two-time 273 km self-supported ultra-marathoner, and part of the first team to cycle across Canada on a tandem bike. Over the past 25 years, she has used sport as a vehicle to raise more than $1.4 million for charity.

Crystal embodies grit, grace, and gratitude—leading by example as she continually dares to pursue (and achieve) her biggest dreams. Her purpose is to help women discover their unique gifts, reach the start lines of their dreams, create the life and legacy they desire, and break through whatever has held them back.

As one of just six certified consultants in Canada—and fewer than 350 worldwide—teaching the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Crystal brings a rare blend of science, mindset mastery, and lived experience. She has helped thousands of people start and scale their businesses over the past 25 years and has spoken on stages around the world, including TEDx and YPO, inspiring audiences everywhere to bring their dreams to life.

Mandi Em

Mandi will be talking about - Finding Magic in the Mess! She reframes legacy not as a polished achievement but as the cumulative impact of every moment we’ve felt like we've "failed", missed out or were "not enough". Drawing on her personal experience as a teenage runaway to six-time author and psychospiritual coach, we'll explore how breakdowns, surrender, and the parts of ourselves we try hardest to hide, become the very foundations of our power. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of why their most chaotic and imperfect chapters are not detours from their purpose but the bricks that build it.

Mandi Em is a chaotic wellness witch, humorist, and six-time author who helps playful, rebellious mystics embrace their messy, brilliant selves and find magic in the chaos of life. She guides people through shadow work, playful self-discovery, and intuitive spellcrafting- blending psychology, creativity, and spiritual practice for personal empowerment and authentic self-expression. Creator of Witchcraft Therapy and Feral Self-Care, Mandi shows people how to turn their struggles into power and their quirks into magic. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, HuffPost, Refinery29, McSweeney’s, and more.

She and her husband are born-again hippies raising their three children in beautiful Vernon, BC, in Canada.

Keyla Ohs

Keyla is a multidisciplinary artist, ceremonialist, and intuitive guide who helps people remember their inner brilliance through creative expression and sacred practice.

She is the creator of the transformational “Lighthouse” program that works with intimate, sacred webs of women to help return them to wholeness, clarity and empowerment. Keyla is also the author of ‘Key’s Keys - Tips and Tools for Modern Consciousness’ on Substack.

Her work blends shamanic training, ritual facilitation, and artistic exploration, inviting others into a deeper relationship with their soul’s voice. With a unique ability to bridge the spiritual and the practical, she supports people in reclaiming the parts of themselves that have been dimmed, suppressed, or forgotten — transforming them into sources of power, purpose, and beauty.

Keyla’s talk is titled ‘Art as Medicine- How to Unlock Your Creative Light’ - a powerful exploration of how creativity , ceremony, and embodied spiritual practice can reconnect us with our deepest truth. Keyla reframes personal evolution not as a means to heal an innate brokenness, but as a way to remember that the creative path IS the way back to your authentic self. Together, we’ll explore how creativity becomes a portal, ceremony becomes a catalyst, and the very struggles we try to outrun become the raw material for our awakening. Attendees will walk away with a renewed sense of their own light — not as something to “earn,” but as something creative already inside them, waiting to be unlocked.
