7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Generally:
Contact and booking information is retained for as long as you are an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return
Health and intake information is retained for the duration of our professional relationship and for a minimum period required by professional standards and applicable law
Payment records are retained as required by Canadian tax law (generally 6 years)
If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Daysdream does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent. If a minor wishes to receive services, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and their contact information for booking purposes.

Continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
