Welcome to Daysdream. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, we’re happy to hear from you before you book.

1. About Daysdream

Daysdream is a wellness and skincare studio located in the Spallumcheen Valley, British Columbia, Canada. We offer restorative facial treatments, Shiatsu Acupressure massage, Reiki energy healing, and related wellness services. These terms govern your use of our website and your relationship with Daysdream when you book or receive any of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive services at Daysdream, or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Appointments

All appointments are booked through our website. When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm your appointment and reach you if anything changes.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the schedule of other guests. The full session fee will still apply.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.

Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; any changes will not affect appointments already confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

6. Health & Safety

Your safety and comfort are our highest priority. Before your first treatment, you may be asked to complete a brief intake form disclosing relevant health information, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions. This helps us tailor your experience and ensure your safety.

Please let us know about any changes to your health before each visit. We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if we believe it may not be safe or suitable for you at that time.

Daysdream services are wellness and skincare treatments. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reiki, oracle card readings, and energy work are offered as complementary wellness practices and are not medical or psychological services.

7. Consent & Boundaries

Your comfort matters deeply to us. All treatments involve some degree of physical touch. You always have the right to adjust pressure, coverage, or to pause or stop a session at any time, for any reason, without explanation. We will never judge you for advocating for your own comfort.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards purchased through Daysdream are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may be subject to additional terms at the time of the promotion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Daysdream website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Daysdream and is protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

10. Photography & Testimonials

We may occasionally request permission to use before/after photos or testimonials for our website or social media. We will always ask for your explicit, written consent before using any images or personal stories. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Daysdream provides wellness and skincare services with care and professionalism. However, individual results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daysdream shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

In the event of a concern or adverse reaction, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

12. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational and booking purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free at all times. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content without notice.
